Rich Sun
COO, "Strategy and Operations Guy"
Richard A. Sun, CFA, is the founder and owner of Sun & Co. and has been involved in 30 startups and early-stage companies as an advisor, investor, executive, founder or member of the board of directors.
He is Co-Founder, Board member and Director of Jackson for Mississippi Coding Academies. He is also Chairman of the Board of Innovate Mississippi; previously he was on the Investment Committee of its Seed Funds. He met Bilal when he was Innovate’s first Entrepreneur-in-Residence and partnered with Bilal after screening dozens of companies.
From 1972 to 1992, he was an investment banker with Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank), Goldman Sachs, First Boston (now Credit Suisse) and UBS (once Swiss Bank Corporation).
From 1994 to 2001, he was a director at Emerging Markets Partnership, a $6 billion private equity firm backed by AIG, the World Bank and the Government of Singapore. He has arranged, advised on or made over $11 billion of private debt and equity investments.
Rich earned a BA from Princeton University with High Honors and an MBA in finance and international business from New York University.

First, it’s really important to me that you know how amazing Bilal and his team are. Bilal is kind, caring and humble. That’s right, you read it here first. Humble? Sure, his name is on everything EasyKale. That’s because we (the team) believe Bilal represents all the best qualities people should be and all the qualities of EasyKale.
Personally, I hate cooked Kale...However, Bilal introduced me to EasyKale and I introduced EasyKale into my cooking, and really liked it. That’s how I grew to understand, like Bilal and his team, what EasyKale could do in the caring hands of people with a common goal and purpose…to make eating healthier a little easier for you, me and those less fortunate.
John has 25+ years of design and creative consulting experience spanning print, and multimedia for over 20 national brands and over 120 regional businesses. John is an accomplished designer & manager specializing in creative execution of Retail Branding, Marketing, Training & Communications Collateral, Advertising, POP/POS with multiple Retail Package Design awards including 2x Popular Mechanics Award Winner and 3x AAPEX Best Package Awards. Creative management positions include, Carlson Companies, Leo Burnett Advertising, Maritz Communications.
April White
PR Specialist, President and Founder of Trust Relations

A seasoned communications specialist and writer with both B2B and B2C experience, April is as creative as she is strategic. With over 18 years of experience representing Fortune 100 companies and their executives at leading public relations agencies including Weber Shandwick, Edelman, Spong and Rubenstein Public Relations, she is skilled at developing strategic communications programs that convey strategic messaging, compelling narratives, intangible brand attributes and subtle points of differentiation.
April has experience not only with leading food and beverage brands including Dannon and YellowTail Wines, but also with startups including Richr, Wilbur and Suzy.
The former award-winning journalist started her own company in 2013 and coined the term “Trust Relations” in 2019, which led to the creation of the virtual communications agency Trust Relations.
April received her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University and continued studying integrated communications at Columbia University’s master’s program in Strategic Communications in New York City.

Amanda Hughey is a passionate and skilled EasyKale Specialist instilled with 10+ years of experience in the niche of administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Louisiana University and holds extensive experience of working in tandem with a diversified group of companies & clients.
Amanda is an avid seeker of knowledge who is always on the lookout for an opportunity to learn & explore something new. As a professional, she strives to integrate her knowledge & experience of administration & management to help clients & companies in the quest of their professional goals. Equipped with a formidable blend of customer skills, Amanda is a devoted professional who never misses out on an opportunity to augment her knowledge & understanding of the present day world of business.
Besides this, she is an adventurist by heart who loves exploring the outdoors and experiencing the exceptional beauty of nature. Amanda also shares remarkable compassion for abused & abandoned animals and wants to provide them with a better chance of life.

Natalie Sharma
Web Specialist, Founder of Pixetal Studio

Natalie is the founder of Pixetal, a brand, web, and UI design studio. She works with startups and technology focused businesses to align their brand and digital presence with their values and help them exceed their goals. She graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a BFA in Graphic Design with Honors distinction, the first student to do so in seven years.
Outside of her design work, Natalie is an active advocate for fostering more technology opportunities in Mississippi. She is a regular of Metro Jackson tech events, founder of the Meetup group Women of Design & Tech (WDT), and a dedicated volunteer of The Bean Path.
Aspiring to be a contestant on the Great American Baking Show, she is delighted to make her many desserts healthier with EasyKale®. Speaking as a picky eater, she confirms that it really can go in everything!
